*Alcohol Licence: if you intend to sell alcohol at your event, you will

Terms & Conditions

Weekend hire charges include exclusive access to the whole building, use of kitchen and all facilities, hire of chairs, tables, crockery and cutlery, plus a contribution to the Performaing Rights Society allowing the use of music. Erection of marquees and setting up of BBQ’s by agreement. When hiring an individual room during the week, please be aware that other rooms may be in use too. Your hire includes use of the kitchen for light refreshments.

Refundable Deposit – Weddings, large events and parties will also be charged a refundable deposit (see Terms & Conditions – Hall). Hirers intending to sell alcohol at an event must contact the Booking Clerk regarding arrangements for an alcohol licence. Profit-Making and Commercial Hire Events – charges by negotiation. Please contact Booking Clerk. Sheppey Hire (clubs) by agreement. Seasonal charges to football teams include use of changing rooms. Cost of pitch marking not included.

Extra-Time – Weekend hire includes up to an hour each side of booked time for setting up/clearing away. For week day regular groups, the time is half an hour either side. Any extra time will be charged.
